Terms of Return & Refund
Shoppers are required to call Customer Service / email to report on the return or refund or replace request order within 3 days upon receiving of good or request will not be process. The shoppers need to state reason of return, refund or replace (Wrong product, damaged product, expired product, missing item in order). The damaged or expired items must be returned together with their original box and receipt. Returns must be made within 3 days upon receiving the parcel.
The ways of refund will be using Online Transfer. Once completed the refund process, the shoppers will receive the refund notice through email.
Situation of Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
We’re not acceptable the reason of return, refund, replace is because of poor sense of use, such as did not like the smell or texture or the spray is too water or too foggy for the shoppers, buy wrong items / brand. The shoppers cannot request Dr.Ed & Co pick up the items from the shopper’s place. We only accept the delivery ways. The sender needs to bear the delivery fees by own.
The shoppers only can return or refunds when Dr.Ed & Co accepted the return or refunds request. If the shoppers send the items to the warehouse of Dr.Ed & Co without any authorization, Dr.Ed & Co has the right do not refunds, or replace back the items to the shoppers.
